US Vice President JD Vance, Second Lady Usha to visit India this month

US Vice President JD Vance and Second Lady Usha Vance will visit India later this month, Politico has reported. This will be his second international trip as the Vice President, following his debut in France and Germany in February.

At last month's Munich Security Conference, the US Vice President delivered a fiery speech, in which he accused the European governments of stifling free speech, overturning elections, and failing to handle illegal immigration properly. The remarks reinforced the already-existing tension between Washington and its European allies.
