The TDP leaders alleged that the YSR Congress party leaders were afraid to meet the people in view of the public response to our government program for Gadapa Gadapaku mana Prabhutvam and hence were planning a bus trip during Mahanada.

Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been accused of destroying the state, looting the public and diverting taxes to a haven like Istanbul and Switzerland.

TDP leaders Yanamala Ramakrishnudu, Devineni Umamaheswara Rao, Damacharla Janardhana Rao, Vinukonda Subrahmanyam, Nukasani Balaji, Gottipati Ravikumar and others inspected Mahanadu arrangements in Ongole on Tuesday.

Speaking to reporters, Yanamala Ramakrishnudu said, "It is commendable that the local leaders are making quick arrangements for Mahanadu." He said about 12,000 delegates would attend the first day and more than 2 lakh were expected to attend the second day's public meeting.

He said that Dalits, BCs, minorities and women were suffering in the state but the farmers had lost everything under the YSRCP rule. He said that 13 resolutions related to the deplorable situation in Andhra Pradesh and three resolutions on Telangana were being discussed and passed in Mahanadu.

Yanamala alleged that the CM had gone to London to save the stolen money. Jagan Mohan Reddy has done justice by giving power to his benefactors. The government has allocated over Rs 50,000 crore in the budget for the special component plan of SC, ST, BC, Minority and MBC’s, but inquired about the details of the funds spent. He said there would be no poverty and inequality in the society if the CM really provided infrastructure in the areas where the poor, dalits, BCs and minorities live.

Devineni Umamaheswara Rao criticized that people like MLC Ananta Uday Bhaskar, who encroach the lands of tribal’s and loot public money with land, sand, wine, mine etc, are dearer to the Chief Minister as they give a fair cut in the earnings to him. He also said that during YSRCP rule, police are completely engaged with the politicians and that is why ganja business and cheap liquor are thriving and many people in the State are becoming paralyzed due to side effects. He said that the government neglected the Polavaram project completely and that TDP should come to power to complete it.
