Revanth Reddy says, TRS harassing those joining Congress

TPCC chief A. Revanth Reddy alleged that the TRS party is harassing the leaders who want to leave the ruling party and join the Congress party or join the party.

Revanth Reddy, along with CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, told the media that they met AICC General Secretary KC Venugopal and discussed the internal matters of the party.

Stating that July 7, 2022 will complete one year as the TPCC chief, he said that he explained about the programs undertaken by the state branch of the party under his leadership. He said that many leaders of other parties will join the Congress in the coming days and they will welcome the leaders of other parties depending on the political situation in different districts.

Commenting on the lunch meeting, former MLA of the party P. Vishnuvardhan Reddy said that he was also invited to the lunch party, Vishnu would soon hold a public meeting in the state capital and he had given all kinds of permissions. Vishnu will hold a public meeting.

Addressing Telangana State Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, the TPCC chief alleged that political strategist Prashant Kishore and his secret friend were playing dramas according to BJP's script. He stated that PK is trying to implement the same plan implemented in the state of West Bengal and as part of that plan; PK is trying to ensure that there is no threat from the Congress party to the TRS party in the state.

They made it clear that they have political strategies to counter PK strategies. Reddy said they will also hold an open meeting at the Parade Grounds, where the BJP recently held an open meeting with Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi.

Commenting on party MLA Jagga Reddy's row, CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Wickramarka said that there was a discussion in the party on Jagga Reddy's comments and it is over now. He said that party leaders have different opinions and differences of opinion should not be seen as differences between party leaders. He said that in all the districts of the state, there will be large-scale participation programs for the leaders of the opposing parties.

He said that the list of leaders who are willing to join the party has been discussed with the party high command. Accusing CM KCR and Prime Minister Modi of playing drama in the state, he said that the two leaders will be exposed in front of the people of Telangana.
