PM says; English no benchmark of intellect, NEP to free us from slavery

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that English language is only a medium of communication and not a measure of intelligence. He made these remarks while inaugurating the Mission Schools of Excellence program undertaken by the Gujarat government in Adalaj town of Gandhinagar district on Wednesday.
