Passenger slams Air India for flight delay in Delhi amid heavy rainfall, airline responds

Heavy rain lashed the Delhi-NCR region, leading to waterlogging, traffic chaos, and multiple flight disruptions. Amid the chaos, an angry passenger lashed out at Air India over a two-hour delay in a flight from Delhi. However, after the passenger's post went viral, Air India responded.

          The user took to X (formerly Twitter) and wrote, "Every @airindia flight seems to be delayed by 1–2 hours — zero respect for passengers' time. No improvement, no accountability. It's shameful that we compare ourselves to Pakistan instead of China, who is 100 years ahead of us.
