The Pakistan Army, for the first time, resorted to cross-border firing along the International Border in the Paragwal sector of Jammu on Tuesday night, following days of unprovoked firing along the Line of Control (LoC), defence sources said.
The Pak Army has also fired at multiple locations along LoC on Tuesday, marking the sixth consecutive day of cross-border firing by Pakistani forces. The flare-up comes amid escalating tensions between the two countries following the Pahalgam attack, in which Pakistan-based terrorists killed 26 people.
