No-vehicle, no-VIP zone: UP govt readies plan for Kumbh’s biggest bathing day

From declaring the Maha Kumbh area in Prayagraj as no-vehicle and no-VIP zone to preparing a plan to avoid any security issue or a stampede-like situation, elaborate arrangements have been put in place for the biggest bathing day of the mela on the occasion of Mauni Amavasya on January 29, senior officials of the Uttar Pradesh government said.
