Make in India good idea, but PM Modi failed: Rahul Gandhi in Parliament

Rahul Gandhi, Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha, while replying to the Motion of Thanks to the President’s address in the Parliament on Monday, appreciated Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Make in India' programme and termed it a good idea, 'conceptually', but, said that "it is clear that he failed".
