Krishna varsity & BEL signs MoU

Krishna University Vice Chancellor Prof KB Chandrasekhar and Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) Machilipatnam Branch General Manager P Prabhakar Rao signed the MoU here on Wednesday.

Speaking on the occasion, Professor Chandrasekhar said that it is a very happy moment for the university to enter into a MoU with a prestigious organization like BEL. The university has been trying for such a MoU for the past seven years.

General Manager Prabhakar Rao explained the quality material being manufactured for defense services not only for India but also for other countries. Later, BEL experts will undertake training programs for university students in the campus by setting up a laboratory here.

As part of the MoU, a team of BEL experts organized a workshop for engineering students of the University and other colleges near Machilipatnam.

University Rector Professor D Suryachandra Rao, Engineering College Principal Dr. M Babureddy Maruti Ramasekhar Reddy and other faculty participated.
