President Droupadi Murmu on Friday addressed the joint session of Parliament on the first day of the Budget session and paid tributes to the architects of Indian Constitution.  I express my condolences for the loss of lives in the Maha Kumbh Mela stampede; wish people a speedy recovery". New decisions are being implemented in a speedy manner.
