Hemant Soren to take oath as Jharkhand's 14th CM today, several key leaders to attend event

Confusion reigned in Jharkhand on the eve of Hemant Soren’s swearing-in as Chief Minister after the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) claimed that he may be the only one to take oath on Thursday. Sources within the state unit of ally Congress, however, claimed that there was a “possibility” that one of its legislators along with an RJD MLA may join the JMM leader in the oath-taking ceremony, with a Congress leader saying that there was still some time to go for the ceremony.
