Harish Rao says, “Centre blocked TS growth, held back funds”

Telangana Finance minster alleged that the center had blocked T.S growth. Stating that development in Telangana would have been much more brisk had the Centre released the rightful share of the State of ₹1.25 lakh crore under various heads.
