Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal on Monday unveiled a list of “15 guarantees” ahead of the February 5 Delhi assembly elections and stressed that the party’s government will continue to provide the ongoing free schemes in the city, if it is voted back to power.
