Delhi elections 2025 voter turnout: 8.10% voting recorded till 9:30 am

Voting for the Delhi assembly elections has commenced today as of 7 am and will conclude at 6 pm across 19 centres in the national capital, as the AAP, Congress and BJP engage in an intense triangular contest. PM Modi in a post on X urged the youth to vote and participate in the “festival of democracy”.

                   There are 13,766 polling stations in all 70 assembly constituencies which will decide the fates of 699 candidates. Around 1.56 crore citizens are eligible to vote in the city, including 83.76 lakh men, 72.36 lakh women, and 1,267 individuals from the third gender.
