Delhi Assembly polls: Majority of exit polls predict BJP’s return to power

Most of the exit polls on Wednesday predicted the return of the Bharatiya Janata Party and its allies to power in the Delhi Assembly polls after 27 years, while the Aam Aadmi Party was projected to finish second and the Congress a distant third.

According to Chanakya Strategies, the BJP and its allies are likely to get 39 to 44 seats, the AAP 25 to 28, and the Congress two to three. The JVC gave 39 to 45 seats to the BJP alliance, 22 to 31 to the AAP, and nil to two seats to Congress.
