BJP asks YSRCP for open debate on Central funds

BJP district president Parimi Radhakrishna alleged that the state government is diverting the funds given by the center and spending them against the rules. He challenged the YSRCP leaders to have an open discussion on the funds given by the Center and their use.

Radhakrishna said in a press conference organized at the party office on Thursday that the Center has already made it clear several times that the special status chapter is over and instead of the status, the Center is giving package funds as agreed by the previous TDP government. .

Like the TDP, the YSRCP government has also been criticized for misappropriation of funds. He said that more funds will come only if utility certificates are submitted for the given funds. But as the state government did not issue the certificates, the sanctioned funds remained with the centre.
