Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has explained the P-4 (Public, Private, People Partnership) initiative with a live example asking Margadarsi (a rich individual) to support a Bangaru Kutumbam (a poor family) during a programme in Narampet village, Atmakur mandal in SPSR Nellore district on Thursday.
