A.P. CM Chandrababu Naidu urges Centre to bail out chilli farmers as prices plummet

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has written a letter to Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, seeking the necessary steps to support the chilli farmers in the State. He wanted the Central govenrment to intervene in the market and compensate the farmers for the decline in the prices of the produce. 

Mr. Naidu wrote the letter on a day when YSRCP president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy visited Guntur Chilli Yard to express solidarity with the farmers.
