Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) foreign ministers' meeting in Goa on May 4-5. This was announced by Pakistan Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch.
