Major setback to Uddhav as SC refuses to stay EC order on Sena’s name, symbol

Former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray faced a setback in the Supreme Court on Wednesday after refusing to stay the Election Commission of India's order recognizing rival Eknath Shinde's faction as the real Shiv Sena and giving it rights over the party's name and symbol.
