‘Madha Gaja Raja’ set for Telugu release

Vishal and Sundar C's 12-year-old film titled Madha Gaja Raja finally hit the screens for Pongal of 2025 on January 12 amid decent expectations. The movie's promotional event attended by a visibly ill Vishal generated curiosity and intrigue around the release.

          The movie, a romantic action-comedy, however, sprung a surprise by becoming highly successful and registered a great start to the Kollywood box office. Against a budget of Rs 15 Crore, Madha Gaja Raja, which is continuing steady performance at the theatres, made Rs 45.20 Crore already. Doubtless, Madha Gaja Raja movie put Vishal back in the much-awaited success track, once again after Mark Antony.
