Priests of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) offered Vedic blessings to Governor Biswabhushan Harichandan and his wife Suprava Harichandan and handed over prasadam, diary and calendars on the occasion of New Year at the Raj Bhavan here on Sunday.
