Medical and Health Minister Viddala Rajini said that the state government is introducing a family doctor system from September 1, where a doctor along with his team provides medical services to patients.
She inaugurated the mega health camp at Ravolapuram village under Bandlamotu police station of Palnadu district on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy is giving high priority to the medical and health sectors and is developing government hospitals and filling vacant posts and providing medical services to all.
He said that organizing a mega health camp in Ravolapuram village would benefit the poor and the elderly. She congratulated the organizers of the camp.
The district police organized a health camp in collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society, Palnadu district branch. 40 doctors from different departments participated in the camp.
Guntur Range DIG CM Trivikrama Verma, Palnadu District Collector Sivashankar, SP Ravi Shankar Reddy, MLA Bolla Brahma Naidu, Dr. Gopireddy Srinivasa Reddy and others participated in this program.
