CM to inaugurate Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple today

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh will start the Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple in Amravati on Thursday.

He arrives at the temple at 9.43 am and participate in the idol installation (idol prestige), grand consecration ceremony and stay in the temple till 10.15 am. He will arrive at the residence by road at 10.28am.

The Guntur district superintendent of police visited the temple and held a meeting with temple officials to review security arrangements. Police officers were ordered to increase security along the road.

Authorities were ordered to take measures to prevent any untoward incidents and to increase surveillance on the suspects. Guntur District Additional SP Anil Kumar, DSP Sitaramaiah, Traffic DSP Veevi Ramana Kumar and others were present.
