The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will take a call on hosting the remainder of the Indian Premier League (IPL) season without glitz and glamour, as the 2025 season is set to resume on Saturday, May 17. The Indian cricket board will make a decision after Sunil Gavaskar urged the BCCI to stage the remaining 17 matches without cheerleaders and DJs, sources said.
