TTD EVO AV Dharma Reddy visits SRM University in AP

TTD EVOAV Dharma Reddy, who visited SRM University-AP on Monday to review the accommodation, dining and transport facilities provided by the university to the TTD employees till the Mahasamprakshana of Srivenkateswara Swamy Temple in Venkatapalam on June 9, met with the University Pro-Vice. Chancellor Professor D Narayana Rao, Registrar Dr R Prem Kumar and others.
Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will inaugurate the Rs 40 crore Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple built by TTD at Venkatalapem in Tulluru zone on June 9.
SRM-AP President Dr. P. Satyanarayanan congratulated the nearly 400 employees of the Tirumala Tirupati Temple for making the Mahasamprakshana and Kumbhabhishekam ceremonies a success. He said the temple was providing them with food and transport facilities to make the consecration ceremonies a success.
Dharma Reddy appreciated the availability of a world class university for the students of Telugu states. Professor Narayana Rao, who taught him lessons during his study days at SV University, was introduced to the university staff as a teacher.
On this occasion, Dharma Reddy explained the uniqueness of the Upanishads and the Vedas and said that it was an opportunity to work in TTD for a long time.
Earlier, university employees visited the magnificently constructed Srivari Temple at TTD Venkatapalem.
Dharma Reddy visited the Research Block Auditorium and others and assured them that he would converse with the Chief Minister to launch the newly constructed hostel building New Academic Block and Research Block. He visited the Ganga Hostel, an academic block built at a cost of about Rs 220 crore.
TTD EVO was accompanied by Tirupati JEO Veerabrahman TTD Chief Engineer Nageswara Rao, Dharmika Parishad Deputy Executive Officer Vijayasarathy and others.
