Additional Superintendent of Police P Srinivas directed the officials to address the grievances and complaints submitted by the people during the response program within the stipulated time.
As per the orders of the District Superintendent of Police M. Rabindranath Babu, ASP Srinivas held a response and spoke to the senior citizens who came to present their complaints at the Kakinada SP office on Monday.
The ASP reviewed the clearance of Spandana complaints and directed the officials to clear all the long pending issues through video conference. He told them to visit the field and understand the complaints in detail to provide fair services to the petitioners. He said that if any serious problems arise they can be given due priority by registering cases and conducting necessary investigations.
The ASP said that people should come forward to air their grievances without any fear and avoid any delay in doing so. Problems related to house entry, differences between couples and minor disputes are resolved immediately.
