Congress General secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is all set to file her nomination for the Lok Sabha by poll from Wayanad parliamentary constituency Congress president Mallikarjuna Kharge, former party chief Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi will be president on the occasion, party sources said.
