MVA promises caste census, ₹3,000 monthly to women

Congress president Mallikarjuna Kharge on Sunday (November 10, 2024) released the Maha Vikas Aghadi’s (MVA) manifesto titled ‘Maharashtranama’, which offers five guarantees based on the five pillars of progress of Maharashtra — farming and rural development, industry and employment, urban development, environment, and public welfare.

Mr. Kharge said that a monthly financial aid of ₹3,000 would be given to women in the State under the Mahalaxmi scheme, along with free bus rides already announced by the party.
