Modi says, India is a Torch and a solution –giver bearer

Narendra Modi, Prime Minister on Monday said that by trusting its scientists, doctors and youth during the COVID-19 epidemic, India has not become a problem but a solution to the world.

He said India has emerged from the negative impact of Covid-19 and has become one of the fastest growing economies in the world.

The Prime Minister was speaking at an event where he released benefits under the PM-CARES for Children Scheme. Modi transferred scholarships to school-going children. He also gave away a passbook of PM CARES for Children, and Health card under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana was handed over to children during the programme.

Narendra Modi , Prime Minister expressed sympathy with the challenges faced by their beloved children who died due to the Covid-19 epidemic. Everyday struggle, everyday challenges. It is difficult to put into words the suffering of the children who are with us today, for whom this program is taking place. He said he was addressing them as "family members rather than prime ministers".

The Prime Minister also stated that if someone needs student loans for professional or higher education, PM-CARES will be able to assist them. Apart from this, other programs have also been arranged to provide them with Rs 4,000 per month for their other daily requirements, he pointed out.
