Chief Minister scheduled to tour Flood hit district review rescue and relief operations today

Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will visit the flood affected areas of Konaseema district on Tuesday and meet with the flood victims. The Chief Minister will visit Puchkayalavaripeta, Arigelavaripeta, Woodimudilanka and Mekalapalem to interact with the flood affected people and supervise the relief operations.

After the visit, he will review the relief and relief measures with the officials of the flood affected areas at Rajahmundry roads and buildings guest house. Jagan Mohan Reddy will tour the flood affected villages starting from Tadepalli camp office at 9.30 am and till 4 am. In the evening after that, they will review the relief measures with the officials till 6.30 pm.

The Chief Minister will stay at Rajahmundry for the night. Meanwhile, Konaseema district officials focused on sanitation works in the villages visited by the Chief Minister.

The agriculture and horticulture officials are calculating the crop loss to submit the report. While the roads and buildings department repaired the damaged roads, the officials cleared the pending financial assistance of Rs 2,000 to the flood affected families.
